We cannot help with
Problems with an account, a payment or an app. We do not run any of them; contact the provider. If a UK firm does not resolve a complaint, the Financial Ombudsman Service may be able to; in the US, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau accepts complaints. We cannot give personal financial, tax or legal advice.
